Golden Age Hotel Taksim

I liked friendly reception stuff which did their job professionally and was very supportive ! Thanks to All team working there.

Location was good for the Taksim square, plenty of restaurants in the immediate area and a short walk to the main shopping street. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything was always clean. Breakfast options were varied.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is nice and clean, located conveniently near Taksim's main street and the transport station. Despite its central location, it was not noisy. My reservation included bed and breakfast, and I enjoyed the breakfast selection. The rooms were clean, although a bit on the smaller side. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady at the front desk who kept checking in to ensure everything was well and promptly addressed any comments. My husband enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was a nice addition to our stay. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Age Hotel placed in the heart of Taksim during my visit to Istanbul, and I must say, seeing the prices (for a 4* hotel very low) I was positively surprised Firstly, the location is unbeatable: near to main public transportation stops. Secondly they have a great choice for breakfast with international but also local food. As said, prices very good seeing the location.

Fabulous location - a stone's throw from the airport shuttle bus stop from Taksim Square, which makes it so easy to get to from the airport- great if you are on a short break. The room was small but adequate for a short stay, well-furnished with nice decor which makes it stand out a bit from the 'impersonal modern hotel' style. Very comfy bed and pillows, good shower and enough toiletries provided. The welcome pack of fresh fruit and Turkish sweets was a lovely surprise, but an even better surprise was the fact that we got offered free breakfast for the next day by the very gracious Mr Kerim at the hotel reception- much appreciated! Breakfast was very good too, with various breads, cold cuts,cheeses, salads, fruit, a live omelette counter. I will recommend this hotel without hesitation to my friends and acquaintances.
